Bathroom Remodeling in Richmond, VA
Bathrooms hide most of their problems behind the tile. A good remodel starts with what you cannot see: solid framing, a properly sloped shower pan, waterproofing behind every tile and a floor that does not flex.
We remodel hall baths, primary baths and powder rooms across the Richmond area, from a vanity and toilet swap to a full gut with a new tiled shower.

Bathroom Remodeling questions from Richmond homeowners
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Richmond, VA?
Cost depends on the size of the bathroom, whether fixtures stay in the same spots, the tile you choose and how much is behind the walls. A vanity-and-toilet update and a full gut are very different jobs, so we walk the space with you and give you an itemized written estimate.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A small update can be done in a few days. A full remodel with a tiled shower usually takes a few weeks, because waterproofing, tile and grout each need time to cure. You get a schedule before we start.
Can you convert my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common bathroom jobs. We remove the tub, build and waterproof a new shower pan and walls, tile it and install the valve trim and glass.
Will I need a permit for my bathroom remodel?
Cosmetic work like tile, vanities and fixtures in the same locations usually does not. Moving plumbing, adding electrical circuits or changing walls often does. We tell you during the estimate and handle the permit when one is needed.
